A minimum monthly business target shall be fixed for each DMA, by Branch Head.

1. Monthly meeting of DMA to be attended and feed back on market, strategy for achieving the targets to be discussed with branch heads. Half-yearly review of the performance of DMA on both qualitative and quantitative aspects be done by Branch Head.
