A minimum monthly business target shall be fixed for each DMA, by Branch Head.
-
Monthly meeting of DMA to be attended and feed back on market, strategy for
achieving the targets to be discussed with branch heads. Half-yearly review of
the performance of DMA on both qualitative and quantitative aspects be done by
Branch Head.
