	Interest rate for Senior citizens age above 60 years shall be at 0.50% higher than above rates.
	Premature Cancellation:
	Minimum lock-in period for all types of deposit shall be 3 Months. The interest rates for prepayment of deposits is as under:
	a. After 3 months but before expiry of 6 months from the date of deposit NO INTEREST b. After 6 months but before expiry of 12 months from the date of deposit 3% lower than the minimum prescribed rate on the applicable scheme. c. After expiry of 12 months but before the dates of maturity Two percent less than the rate applicable to public for the period for which the deposit has run.
	HIGHLIGHTS: 1. FAAA rating by CRISIL, which means Very High safety regarding timely payment of interest and principal. 2. No tax to be deducted at source on interest income upto Rs. 5000/- in a financial year. 3. In case of Fixed Deposit Scheme, Interest cheques will be sent in advance every year. 4. Loan facility up to 75% of deposit available from all branches of the company and also of Punjab National Bank. 5. Encashment of cheques in respect of interest and repayment of deposits AT PAR by selected branches of PNB. 6. Premature cancellation allowed after 3 months on the discretion of the company. 7. Nomination Facility available as per NHB guidelines
